We accept NDIS payments at checkout for participants who are:
- Plan Managed
- Agency Managed (NDIA)

📦 Placing Your NDIS Order
1. Add your desired products to the cart.
2. Go to the Cart page and:
- Tick the "NDIS Participant" box
- Choose your Plan Management Type
- Fill in your NDIS details
3. At checkout select "NDIS Payment"

💼 Plan Managed
We’ll contact your plan manager directly to request payment. Once it’s received, your order will be processed.

🏛️ Agency Managed (NDIA)
If we need more information to verify your details, we’ll be in touch. Your order will be processed once NDIS sends through the payment.

💳 Self Managed
Please pay at checkout using your preferred method (e.g. credit card). We’ll provide an invoice so you can claim reimbursement from NDIS.
