Place Your NDIS Order Online

   Browse our range and add the items you need to your shopping cart.
2. Select “NDIS Participant” on the Cart
   On the Cart, tick the “NDIS Participant” box and enter your participant details so we can process your order correctly.
3. Choose “NDIS Payment” at Checkout
   Select “NDIS Payment” as your payment method. What happens next depends on how your NDIS plan is managed:

For Plan Managed

• After you submit your order, we’ll contact your plan manager directly.
• We’ll request payment on your behalf.
• Once your plan manager approves and pays the invoice, we’ll process and dispatch your order.

For Agency Managed (NDIA)

• We may contact you if we need extra information to verify your NDIS details.
• After the NDIA approves and releases the payment, your order will be processed and shipped.

For Self Managed

• Please complete payment at checkout using your preferred method (e.g., card).
• We’ll email you a detailed invoice so you can claim reimbursement directly from the NDIS.
