NDIS payment option is available for NDIS participants who are either "Plan Managed" or "Agency Managed (NDIA)".

First time ordering with NDIS? Go to the Cart page,

• tick the "NDIS Participant" box,
• select your "NDIS Plan Management Type", and
• fill out the necessary details.

For "Plan Managed" participants, we will contact your plan manager to request payment. Once the payment is received, we will process your order.

For "Agency Managed (NDIA)" participants, if we need to verify any details, we will contact you. Your order will be processed once we receive payment from NDIS.

For "Self Managed" participants, please pay for your order using a credit card or other payment method at checkout. We will send you an invoice so you can claim reimbursement from NDIS.
